High school, College and University level in freelancing outsourcing to facilitate both learning and earning at home by the Government

The government has taken initiatives to impart subject-wise training to students of high school, college and university level in freelancing outsourcing to facilitate both learning and earning at home.

The training will be given under a programme titled 'Learning and earning' to help the unemployed educated youth for earning money mostly foreign currency, Project Director of UNDP funded Support to Digital Bangladesh (A2I) Programme of the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) Md Nazrul Islam Khan told a signing ceremony at the PMO here Wednesday. "We have decided to provide subject wise training including social science, commerce and environment to help students for learning more and earning money," he added.

At the function, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Support to Digital Bangladesh (A2I) Programme, Swnirbhar Bangladesh and Dhaka Ahsania Mission to provide training for studnets and the unemployed educated youth in outsourcing to help them become self- reliant economically.

National Project Director of the A2I Programme Md Nazrul Islam Khan, Chairman of Swnirbhar Bangladesh SM Al Husaini and Executive Director of Dhaka Ahsania Mission Dr M Ehsanur Rahman signed the MoU on the behalf of their respective organizations at the Prime Minister's Office.

City Editor of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Ajit Kumar Sarkar, Chairman of Dhaka Ahsania Mission Kazi Rafiqul Alam and People Perspective Specialist of the A2I programme Naimuzzaman Mukta, among others, were present on the occasion.

The government is continuing discussion with internationally reputed finance transferring organization PayPal for introducing their function in Bangladesh, Nazrul Islam said and hoped activities of the PayPal may start by September this year which will ease money transferring of the people who are engaged with outsourcing.
